• Free Shipping is available on orders of $50 or more after all discounts are applied and before taxes.

If you require expedited or priority shipping, please contact us before placing your order so we can review available carrier options and provide a custom shipping quote.

Tracking

• A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.
• Tracking information is considered proof of shipment and delivery.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier. Clan Supplies is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.

Lost, Stolen, or Returned Packages

• If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be located, please contact the carrier first and then contact us so we can assist you.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipping costs may apply.
